We sell various kinds of stock cube, both meat and vegetarian. They are intensely flavoured and are used in very small quantities to give a wide variety of sauces, soups, risottos and other dishes a more accomplished and wholesome flavour. Fresh stocks are ideal for this purpose, but they can be quite work intensive and time consuming to make; as a quick, cheap and also very tasty alternative, buy ready to use stock cubes.
