Bay Leaves 10g Bay Leaves have a mild and sweet taste. Subtly aromatic, they are used to flavour pilaus, biryanis, meat curries, pasta sauces, casseroles and stews.

This dried leaf infuses flavour into your food and can just as easily you body with antioxidant protection. Healing properties are thought to include prevention of stomach ulcers, speed wound healing, mosquito repellent, alleviate arthrities symptoms and fights bacterial infections.
Bay leaves, thyme, oil, garlic, onions, feta cheese, tomatoes, pasrsley, bread crumbs. butter, shrimps, hailbut fish, sugar.
Pour oil in pan and heat it add onions and garlic for 3 mins.
Add in bay leaf, thyme, sugar,tomatoes, parsley stir let the mix boil, cover it and simmer for 30mins.
add clean and unshelled shrimp. Skin and bone halibut and cut into small cubes. Butter a large shallow baking dish.
Spread and crumble feta cheese into the dish equally.
Pour tomato mixture over the Feta.
Set the shrimps and halibut in the pan with some Combine bread crumbs, melted butter and parsley.
Spread this mixture over the top of the fish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the fish is tender.
