Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail if they weigh less than 3.5kg or via courier if is weighs over**. We dispatch orders Mon-Fri. It will take 1-5 working days and deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm. If you require your order to arrive on a specific day we recommend you use our Next Day or Named Day services. Unfortunately it's not possible to specify a specific time for delivery. Please note that all courier deliveries need to be signed for. Whilst we can pass on instructions for the delivery driver to leave it with a neighbour or safely at your property, we cannot accept any responsibility if your package is not found or passed on.

• If your order weighs over 3.5kg it's sent via courier

Next Day Courier Delivery
We offer a next day delivery service via Business Post to UK mainland addresses. This service is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday (working days only) - they will be dispatched the same day to be delivered the following day (working days only).

Named Day Courier Delivery
If you require a package to be delivered on a specific day, we recommend you use this service to ensure the package arrives on the day you wish. Simply specify your delivery date in the delivery instructions box at the checkout. Delivery is only available Mon-Fri between 9.00am-5.00pm.
