Damaged Goods

We do everything we can to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition. We make every effort in doing so, however if you experience damage to your product(s) and we will deal with it immediately, either with a replacement or a full refund.

Ecklee believe in total customer satisfaction so much so that if you are at all disappointed with any products you receive please let us know immediately. Ensure that you send the goods back to us, and we guarantee a no-fuss refund or a replacement.


If your product is temporarily out of stock we will email you advising how long it will be before it is back in stock with the option to choose an alternative or cancel your order. If you want to wait for your chosen item then we will hold your order until it can be sent in its entirety.
